THE INNER MASTER – EVA LLADO
Everyone is welcome to this class; you will learn how to expand yourself through your breath and relaxing dynamics.
The aim of this class is to improve your quality of life. Body, mind and emotion are educated through breathing and different meditative techniques to learn how to modify limiting structures that live in us. Some of the benefits that can be obtained from these classes are improvements in sleep quality, decreased stress levels, increased concentration and mood enhancement, among others.
We will do an introspective trip to find our Inner Master and put ourselves in balance with the universe.
