This YOGA class is to give you a BREAK.
To make time for YOURSELF.
To help you RELAX
Greater focus is put on a Breathing Technique that will help you deal or overcome Anxiety, Relaxing poses, Slower Movements, longer guided Relaxation at the end of the class enhanced by the uplifting sounds of Zaphir chime.
The class will start with 4-7-8 breathing, moving into a short meditation.
After yoga poses, slow & calming movements, there will be time for longer Savasana (relaxation).
The class is taught by Agnieszka (Yoga Stretch Galway) – fully Qualified, Insured and Registered Yoga Teacher in Galway. Agnieszka is also a trained practitioner of USUI Reiki 1 & Feng Shui for therapists.
