Shoulders and Hips – Saba Madani
This class flow consists of a variety of shoulder and hip opening poses to relieve tightness in your hips and shoulders.
All levels are welcomed to this class.
The aim of this class is to feel space into your body and release the tension from your hips and shoulders. We will start with some breathing technics and will continue with yoga Asanas focusing on shoulders and hips. We will finish with Savasana (Relaxations) and chanting at the end.
