Hatha Yoga & Meditation Class – Agnieszka (Yoga Stretch Galway)
This is an OPEN LEVEL YOGA class – Beginners Friendly.
It starts with breathing exercise and a short meditation. Followed by yoga poses, stretches and some physical exercises, it finishes with guided relaxation – SAVASANA.
Each Yoga pose is demonstrated by the teacher at the level that is safe for Beginners, however, anyone with more yoga experience can practice the same pose at a deeper level.
The class is taught by Agnieszka (Yoga Stretch Galway) – fully Qualified, Insured and Registered Yoga Teacher in Galway. Agnieszka is also a trained practitioner of USUI Reiki 1 & Feng Shui for therapists.
EARLY ACCESS TO THE VENUE: As this class starts at 10 am, those wishing to participate should please arrive outside the venue from 9.30 onwards and make yourself known to a member of staff and you will be allowed early access to the event.
