Core and lower body – Saba Madani
This class will activate your core while strengthening and toning the muscles of your lower body, including hamstrings, quads and legs.
All levels are welcomed to this class.
The aim of this class is to feel space into your body and increase your lower body mobility.
We will start with some breathing technics and will continue with yoga Asanas focusing on Core and lower body. We will finish with Savasana (Relaxations) and chanting at the end.
