Catherine grew up in the countryside of Meath, where she developed a deep interest in personal growth and spiritual development from a young age—passions that continue to influence her work today. In 2019, Catherine relocated to Dublin.
Since earning her diploma in personal coaching in 2011, she has committed herself to continuous learning, consistently pursuing further training, courses, and diverse life experiences to enrich her practice.
