A Yoga practice to massage and vitalise the internal organs – Áine Ní Fhaoláin
This class is for people who have done a little yoga before and would like to deepen their understanding of asana and breath. By focusing on breath and different parts of the internal organs during asana practice we can nourish and revitalize these organs. Through this practice the entire body is awakened as perception and awareness are heightened bringing a new sense of life and vigor into the entire being.
